Patricia is a certified customer experience professional and member of the CXPA.
Patricia has managed the end-to-end product and customer lifecycle across a wide range of industries, such as shipping, logistics, distribution, mining and utilities; working within organisations like Maersk and Rio Tinto. Patricia is currently at Centrica, where she is UK Home Customer Experience Lead.
Within Customer Experience program management her areas of expertise are customer understanding, design, planning and strategy. Her true passion though is for human centricity for customers and employees, leading her to focus recent efforts on understanding customer emotions as a tool to maximise business value and customer loyalty.
