In each master class, the instructor — all are leading authorities in their fields — will deliver a framing presentation and then proceed to interactive instruction, examination of cases studies, and discussion with delegates. The aim is to provide useful, practical guidance in the applyication of emotive CX techniques and technologies to meet real-world organisational challenges.
The CX Emotion agenda offers the choice of three mid-day master classes and three to close the conference, mixed in to a day of presentations and panels on a range of Emotive CX topics. Delegates will be able to join whichever classes they wish.
