Sandra Thompson, Exceed All Expectations

Sandra Thompson runs a customer experience consultancy called Exceed all Expectations. She lectures at a business school in London teaching undergraduate students people management and leadership, customer experience and professional behaviours. Sandra runs her own Applied Customer Experience and Emotional Intelligence and Customer Experience postgraduate courses too. Sandra published her first academic paper about emotional intelligence and customer memory last year and is currently training to become an emotional intelligence coach with Dr. Daniel Goleman’s faculty.
